The program aims to build the capacities of young graduates and early professionals to prepare, crack, and excel in opportunities in the social sector, including prestigious Fellowships, Young Professional roles, and jobs in India.

The program provides young people with short-term personalized mentorship on specific needs, profile building, becoming part of a larger professional peer community, access to opportunities alerts, and networking opportunities.

SAMARTH Mentorship Key Features:

• Nature of Mentorship: Virtual-remote based.
• Program Duration: 6 weeks of personalised mentorship with continued community membership benefits
• Subscription Fee: ₹500 (One-time payment)
• Platform for building the community: WhatsApp & Telegram
• Eligibility: Graduates, Final-year students, or Young Professionals in the age group 18-30 years.
• Shortlisting Applications: Profile checks and short setting up call(s).
• Cohort Size: 30 Mentees (first-come, first-served basis)
