SANDHI accepts intern interests from diverse backgrounds like Communication, Social Work, Management, Development Studies, Media, Science, Humanities, Commerce, and more. Sarva SANDHI is presently working on the mission of democratising Fellowships & social sector in India through youth skill development, social leadership program, and creating a pool of social-empathetic leaders. This enables us to offer a wide range of learnings, assignments, exposures, and opportunities to the interns aligning with their preferences & interests related to their field.

Summer Internship Program

Internship Features

  • Nature of Internship: Virtual-remote based engagement
  • Time Commitment: Minimum 20-25 hours per week
  • Working Hours: Flexibility with some fixed meetings with mentor
  • Eligibility: Any Indian student pursuing Graduation or Masters from a reputed Indian university in age group 18-27 years.
  • Shortlisting Applications: Profile checks and short check-in interview call(s).
  • Roles: Research & Content Development; Communication & Networking; Strategic Initiatives
  • Review Mechanism: Daily, weekly, and monthly support & review sharing meets.

Stages of Internship

Pre

  • Explore and understand the internship engagement at SANDHI.

  • Discussion and check-in call(s)
  • Confirmation

During

  • Orientation and Immersion with the team at SSF.
  • Matchmaking and planning the engagement with clear deliverables.
  • 1-3 months of internship engagement
  • Weekly planning & review meetings with the mentor
  • Reflection and consolidation
  • Sharing the deliverables.

Post

  • Certification
  • Taking back moments and learnings
